The production process of  polypropylene high-strength fibre mainly includes the following steps  :

Raw material preparation  : polypropylene (PP) is used as the main raw material, and additives such as antioxidant and ultraviolet stabilizer are added as required to improve weather resistance and stability. Polypropylene and additives are pre-crystallized to improve the fluidity and stability of the melt.

melt extrusion  : through a screw extruder, the pre-crystallized polypropylene and additives are fused to form a uniform melt.

spinning  : the melt forms a fine flow through the spinneret and enters the cooling medium for cooling and solidification. According to product specifications, adjust the spinneret aperture and spinning speed, control the trickle diameter and cooling conditions.

stretch shaping  : multistage stretching of the primary fiber to improve the strength and orientation of the fiber. During the drawing process, the drawing temperature, speed and tension should be controlled to ensure the stability of the fiber properties.

Heat treatment  : Through heat treatment to make the wire more stable, and further improve the physical properties of polypropylene high-strength fibre.

winding and packaging  : The stretched and shaped fiber is wound on the bobbin for subsequent processing and use. The tow should be sealed to prevent moisture and contamination.
