      There are two main production processes for polypropylene industrial fibre: two-step process and one-step process. There are obvious differences in the flow, technical characteristics and application of these two processes.


      The two-step process first produces UDY or POY, which is then drawn, shaped and wound. This method has the advantages of small investment, low technical content and fast mounting speed. However, its disadvantages are also obvious: large footprint, low production efficiency, and unstable product quality.       The one-step process combines spinning, drawing, shaping and winding in one step. This technology is advanced, the process is short, the footprint is small, and the polypropylene industrial fibre produced is of high strength and good quality. Due to these advantages, the one-step process has become the mainstream production method and is widely used in the introduction of new projects and technological transformation.
